All guides used are local Sowetans that are intricately familiar with the region.
Please bring a good hat and sunglasses in summer, a bottle of water is also advisable but there are plenty of opportunities for refreshments on the tour. Also bring an umbrella or waterproof jacket in summer as the rains can be very unpredictable. In winter a jacket is essential but it never rains. Winter is from May to September, Summer from October to April.
South Africa does not have any dress requirements. Cameras and electronic items should as a precaution not be visible.
